Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns under the right of withdrawal, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to cover the cost or applicable law requires otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and explain the next step, including whether a return label, replacement, repair, refund or other solution applies.

When and how refunds are processed.
